Our Collect & Collect service means you never have to miss out on your favourite seafood, or rush down to our shop or trailers before the best of the day’s catch sells out. With Click & Collect we’re ready when you are.

Reserve and pay for your seafood favourites in advance online, and collect at a time that works for you, at no extra charge. And you can always call us on 01305 761277 to see what’s been landed and check what you’re looking for is on our counters.

To place an order choose Click & Collect and your preferred location from the delivery options at the Checkout. You can collect your order during opening hours from Weyfish on Weymouth Harbour, The Seafood Shack in Dorchester, or at Garsons, Esher. We’ll prepare your order and contact you by phone, text or email - you choose - when it’s ready and waiting for you. We even have two loading bay spaces at the harbour for Click & Collect customers.

Terms and Conditions

  1. There is no charge for our Click & Collect service.
  2. The service is available only for purchases made via this website, www.shop.weyfish.com, at the advertised prices. There will be no refund available if the retail price on collection is lower than that advertised on this website.
  3. You can only use the service if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.
  4. There is no minimum value for Click & Collect orders.
  5. When your order has been confirmed, we will prepare it for you and contact your preference of phone, text or email as indicated by you on the Checkout page. 
  6. We will endeavour to ensure your Click & Collect order is available to collect on the same day that you make your order. However, this may not always be possible, particularly for orders made late in the day, or for those to be collected at our Dorchester and Esher locations. To avoid disappointment, we suggest you order the day before you wish to collect. 
  7. No refund will be available if you cannot be contacted at the phone number or email address you provide, or, once notified, if you fail to collect your order. No refund will be available if your order is not available to collect on the same day as it was ordered. Your consumer rights are not affected.
  8. We rely on the Weymouth fishing fleet for the great majority of our stock. Daily landings can be unpredictable, and it is possible that the seafood you order may not be available. We recommend you call us on 01305 761277 before placing your order to confirm we have what you’re looking for in stock. If you should order an out of stock item, we will confirm with you via your preferred method of contact, and if you wish, cancel and refund your order in full.
  9. You can collect your order at Weyfish on Custom House Quay at Weymouth Harbour, at The Seafood Shack in Currys PC World car park, in Dorchester, or at Garsons, Esher, during opening hours.
  10. When you arrive to collect your order, you must bring with you a printed copy of your order confirmation email or on your mobile phone. Someone else may collect your order on your behalf. The person you’ve nominated must still present a copy of the order confirmation.
