Thick, succulent and flavoursome, salmon is everyone’s family favourite. Its rich, oily, pink flesh and firm texture mean it’s a versatile and easy fish to cook. It’s also really good for you, with plenty of Omega 3 fatty acids. Obviously it’s not native to Dorset waters, so ours come to us direct from Scotland.
Our Scottish salmon fillets are scaled and pin boned, ready for the pan. Cut from larger 3-5 kg fish, they’re thick, chunky portions, which yield the best result when cooking, are available as 150g, 200g or 250g servings.
If you’re planning a celebration meal, we would be delighted to source an individual, 3-4kg fish for you. Available by pre-order only, please contact us by email or phone on 01305 761277. Allow 5 days for home delivery.
We cast our net far and wide to source only the finest, sustainable-farmed Scottish salmon, shipped fresh on ice overnight to the shop in Weymouth.

Try roasting a whole side of salmon in the oven with peas, bacon and potatoes.
Our favourite for fillets is poached and served with lemon and garlic mayonnaise and some fresh asparagus.
