We work with FedEx® as our trusted national courier. FedEx® delivers Monday-Friday, so, to guarantee that your order arrives as fresh as possible, we dispatch orders Tuesday-Thursday.
The majority of our orders are delivered on the next working day. However, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be dispatched on the day they are placed, so we advise placing your order at least two working days in advance of your preferred delivery date.
If you would like delivery on a specific date or have delivery instructions, please leave us a note during the checkout process, and we will pass this on. FedEx® will get in contact with you by SMS and/or email with information on how to track your parcel’s expected delivery time.
Local Delivery
Local orders – to an address in the DT1-DT5 postcodes - are delivered at a cost of just £2 per order, Monday-Friday.
If you prefer, you can choose to collect your order, during opening hours, from Weymouth Harbour (Tuesday – Saturday), Kay’s of Tadworth (Tuesday-Saturday), or our seafood trailers in Dorchester (Friday-Saturday) and at Garsons, Esher (Friday-Saturday).
To Click & Collect simply select your preferred location on the Checkout page. There is no charge for this service. We’ll contact you when your order is ready and waiting. Terms and conditions apply.
Delivered Fresh
How do we make sure your fish arrives fresh? We keep our supply chain as short as possible. Based on Weymouth’s quayside, we buy direct daily from the fishermen as they land their catch. If you visit our shop, we can usually even tell you who caught your fish!
On the morning your order is dispatched we carefully select your fish and prepare it exactly as you’ve asked, just as if you visited us in person. We’re happy to skin, bone or fillet your fish at no extra cost. Everything is done by hand by our team of expert, artisan fishmongers.
We vacuum pack each item or place them in sealed containers. Then label each item individually. And finally, we pack your order with ice packs inside a sealed, insulated polystyrene box and dispatch it for next day delivery with FedEx®.
