One of the most popular fish in the world, we source only the finest, sustainably caught, sashimi-grade maguro – yellowfin - tuna loin. With firm, rich, red meat, tuna is versatile, tasty and outstandingly nutritious, packed with Omega-3 fatty acids, a high protein content and very little fat.
Our tuna steaks are cut from the loin a minimum of 25mm thick, to prevent drying out during cooking. Available as 150g, 200g or 250g portions.

Tuna is delicious pan-fried, grilled or marinated and cooked on the barbecue. It’s excellent hot, or cooled in a salad, and complements Asian flavours very well. For the more adventurous, it also makes some of the best sushi. Avoid baking as it tends to dry the fish out.
Like a fine steak, tuna is best served quickly seared on the outside and rare in centre.
Best eaten immediately.
Store in the fridge between 0ºC-5ºC, and eat within 2-3 days.
If you don’t plan to eat within 3 days, then freeze on day of delivery and eat within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge overnight. Do not refreeze.
